Summary

Join StackAdapt, a self-serve advertising platform, as an Account Executive, Growth, focusing on the SMB segment in the DACH region. You will generate high-quality leads and acquire new clients, collaborating with Sales Directors to develop tailored market plans. This role involves identifying and closing deals, transitioning clients to customer success managers, and collaborating with the Mid-Market sales team. StackAdapt is a Remote First company, with this role open to candidates located anywhere in Germany. You will be responsible for meeting a $1M USD annual target through programmatic advertising closes. The ideal candidate possesses proven sales experience, fluency in German and English, and a strong understanding of the media, marketing, and advertising industry.

Requirements

  • Be fluent in both German and English
  • Have proven experience in a relevant sales role with both prospecting and closing experience
  • Have a demonstrated track record of achieving performance-related goals and revenue targets
  • Be able to grasp and communicate technical concepts and platform-based knowledge to prospects of all seniority
  • Possess strong organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously
  • Have the ability to problem-solve and be adaptable
  • Have a growth mindset and positive energy!

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth research on potential SMB clients and identify opportunities for StackAdapt to win within your territory
  • Identify, pitch, and successfully close new platform sales deals with local agencies or brands, tailoring proposals to address specific needs
  • Manage a high volume of prospecting activities, including cold email outreach and top-of-funnel programmatic sales, to identify and engage potential clients
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed a $1M USD annual target through programmatic advertising closes within the SMB segment
  • Collaborate with Mid Market AEs to align strategies and support cross-segment growth opportunities, ensuring a unified approach to regional market penetration
  • Utilise various sales tools to maintain a robust pipeline and uncover new growth opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have experience in media, marketing and advertising industry
  • Have programmatic or ad tech experience
