Summary
Join Stedi, the world’s only API-first healthcare clearinghouse, as an Account Executive. You will focus on hunting and closing new sales opportunities with digital health, revenue cycle management, and electronic health record companies. This role requires exceeding sales targets and building strong relationships with prospects. As an early member of the sales team, you will have a significant impact on the company's growth. You will need proven sales excellence in the healthcare technology sector and experience selling complex B2B SaaS solutions. Stedi offers a competitive compensation package including a high OTE and equity.
Requirements
- Have a history of sales excellence. You’re innately competitive with a track record of exceptional sales performance amongst your peers
- Have sold technology into healthcare service organizations. You’ve sold to product management, IT, finance, engineering, and/or revenue cycle leadership teams
- Be exceptional at staying on top of many open threads simultaneously. You are hyper-responsive, organized, and thorough. You almost never drop balls. You’re relentless about driving efficiency
- Do what it takes to get the job done. You act like an owner and don’t wait to be told what to do. No task is too small to find success, generate revenue, and deliver value for our customers
- Have experience selling B2B SaaS. You’ve sold complex B2B software virtually and have mastered the tools and technologies required to do so
- Be a natural problem solver with exceptional “clock speed”. You build trust and rapport quickly, can analyze a prospect’s business needs then lead them to a solution over the course of a demo call. You’re comfortable diving into technical concepts with executives
- Move fast. We move fast as an organization. This requires an ability to match our pace and not get lost by responding with urgency (both externally to customers and internally to stakeholders), communicating what you are working on, and proactively asking for help or feedback when you need it
Responsibilities
- Identify and work new opportunities across digital health providers, revenue cycle management (RCM), and EMR/EHR companies. You’ll build trust and rapport, generate interest, and create a sense of urgency
- Communicate compelling business cases for prospects and bring in product specialists or sales engineers to a deal when needed
- Build and manage a pipeline from initial outreach to close, and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
- Maintain operational excellence in HubSpot
- Understand customer needs and requirements; communicate the business impact of Stedi’s product offerings to key decision makers at a customer’s executive level
- Collaborate closely with the Product and Customer Success to contribute to a strategy that bolsters Stedi’s business and sets customers up for success
