Summary
Join Superblocks, a rapidly growing AI startup, and become an Account Executive. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals with top engineering teams. Collaborate directly with the CEO and CTO to sell a technical product to technical buyers. This role is ideal for driven, product-oriented individuals eager to acquire new accounts, secure deals, and contribute to the go-to-market strategy. The position offers a base salary of $90,000β$120,000 USD, along with a substantial equity package. Superblocks is reimagining software development for a billion builders and is backed by top-tier investors.

- Able to strategically map out and break into accounts
- Passionate about technology and developer tools
Responsibilities
- Focus all of your efforts on net new logo acquisition
- Partner with the CEO & CTO and own the closing process, including negotiations and procurement
- Strategically prospect into CTOs, Engineer leaders, and technical end users
- Create a plan which continuously increases our goals
- Speak with Engineering daily to deeply understand the features weβre building and their value proposition
Benefits
The base salary ranges between $90,000β$120,000 USD, plus a generous equity package
