Join TechBiz Global, a leading recruitment and software development company, as a dynamic Account Executive (Sales Manager). This key role involves expanding our market presence in the fintech industry, specializing in payment solutions. You will develop and execute strategic sales plans, build client relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Reporting to the Commercial Leader in Hong Kong, this full-time, remote position requires strong sales expertise and fintech industry knowledge. Based in Malta, Romania, or the Czech Republic, you will contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven success in the fintech industry, with a focus on payment solutions
- Sales Expertise: Strong track record in achieving and exceeding sales quotas
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the fintech and payment solutions market, including trends and challenges
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Time Management: Ability to work flexibly to accommodate meetings in the Hong Kong time zone
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs effectively
- Location: Malta, Romania, Czech Republic
- Employment Type: Full-time, remote (but each Sales Manager should be based in above mentioned country)
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Identify and establish relationships with new clients in the fintech and payment solutions sector
- Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to align client needs with company offerings
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and negotiations tailored to client needs
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication
- Participate in regular meetings with the Commercial Leader, accommodating Hong Kong time zone schedules
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts using CRM tools
Preferred Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred
