Join Tines' expanding EMEA sales division as an Account Executive focused on the Nordics market. You will play a key role in driving sales growth, executing the Go-to-Market strategy, and contributing to the company culture. Responsibilities include prospecting new customers, guiding them through the sales cycle, collaborating with other teams, and building strong stakeholder relationships. This role requires 2+ years of SaaS sales experience, lead generation skills, experience selling to cybersecurity or IT professionals, and fluency in Swedish or Danish. Success in achieving quarterly goals and cross-departmental collaboration is essential. A passion for working in a startup environment and a desire to make an impact are highly valued.
Requirements
- 2+ years in full sales cycle experience in SaaS
- Prior experience generating leads and qualifying sales opportunities ideally at a software company
- Experience positioning solutions to cybersecurity or IT practitioners
- Ability to prospect for outbound leads and at the same time nurture and develop inbound leadflow
- Successful track record of achieving quarterly goals, metrics, and objectives
- Cross-department collaboration experience
- Coachability and curiosity: open to feedback, proven ability to learn from mistakes, eager to question the norm
- A passion to work at an early stage startup; a desire to make an impact for your team and the company
- Fluency in either Swedish or Danish required
Responsibilities
- Manage a book of commercial, mid-market and Enterprise accounts through the sales cycle from prospecting through closing
- Clearly demonstrate and articulate the capabilities, power and value of the Tines automation platform to prospective and current customers
- Uncover fresh and diverse use cases to enable our customers to remove barriers and assist them to work smarter
- Actively prospect to supplement the lead flow provided by a dedicated team of Business Development Representatives
- Partner closely with the Sales Engineering team throughout the sales cycle
- Collaborate across Tines business functions ( Legal, Customer Success, Marketing, etc ) to ensure a world class customer experience
- Work closely with Sales Leadership to build a strong business plan through customer, partner and community ecosystems to achieve growth within your accounts and specified territory
- Partner with Sales Leadership to develop repeatable strategies for new logo acquisition
- Deliver feedback to Product and Go to Market teams on suggestions from customers and prospects
