Summary

Join Tridge's Platform Sales team as an experienced Account Executive to lead the sales of its flagship service, Marketbrief. This role focuses on acquiring clients (SMBs to large enterprises) within the agri-food industry, driving revenue growth, and showcasing Marketbrief's value. You will develop and execute sales strategies, present solutions to decision-makers, identify new business opportunities, and build strong client relationships. Success requires exceeding sales targets, monitoring KPIs, and collaborating with other teams. The position offers a remote working model, training, career progression opportunities, a competitive base salary, and an incentive program.

Requirements

  • Around 5+ years of experience in SMB or Enterprise-level sales
  • Currently based in Islamabad
  • Solid understanding of B2B sales cycles, solution-based selling, and account management
  • Interest in or familiarity with the global agri-food industryβ€”its market trends, supply chains, and challenges
  • Ability to articulate the value of SaaS platforms and data-driven solutions to diverse stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills, with confidence in presenting, negotiating, and building relationships

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire and retain enterprise-level clients, focusing on agri-food businesses
  • Present SaaS-based market intelligence and analytics solutions to decision-makers, emphasizing their value in optimizing agricultural supply chains and trade strategies
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and targeted outreach campaigns. Manage and nurture a pipeline of high-potential clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, acting as a trusted advisor to address their business challenges using SaaS solutions
  • Work closely with the product, marketing, and customer success teams to align offerings with market needs and ensure seamless onboarding and support
  • Stay informed about tech, SaaS, and agri-food industry trends to tailor solutions to evolving client needs
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets, monitor KPIs, and report progress and opportunities regularly

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in solution sales, SaaS, tech, agriculture/food, or market intelligence sectors is a strong plus
  • Connections or working experience in the agriculture or food industry
  • Network within government agencies, universities, or related institutions
  • Experience managing large or strategic accounts
