Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience in selling to the staffing industry or working within it
• Proven experience in selling HR Tech, Job Boards, SaaS, or similar products in a solution based sales process
• Willingness to work independently with strong self-management skills
• Excellent collaboration and teamwork abilities
• Understanding of the staffing industry's workflows and challenges

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for new business customers from targeted outreach, through to inbound qualification and discovery, value selling and closing
• Understand and qualify prospects’ business and recruitment goals to determine if Veritone Hire is a fit for strategic investment
• Perform demonstrations to showcase the value of Veritone Hire’s solutions
• Collaborate with teammates and contribute to a team-oriented environment
• Manage day-to-day tasks with minimal supervision
• Influence decisions to achieve winning outcomes and meet sales quotas
