Summary

Join Wiser Solutions, a global leader in data-driven insights, as a driven sales professional. You will focus on new business development, exceeding targets within your assigned territory. Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to grow existing accounts. Engage key decision-makers and deliver compelling product demonstrations. Build strong client relationships and maintain an accurate sales pipeline. This remote US-based role requires 5+ years of software/SaaS sales experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience selling software or SaaS solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Comfortable in phone, video, and in-person client interactions
  • Proven experience using consultative sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Force Management, Mastering the Complex Sale)
  • Naturally curious and adept at uncovering and quantifying customers' complex business challenges
  • Highly proactive, organized, and results-driven
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisive asks
  • Coachable, adaptable, and a team player with a growth mindset

Responsibilities

  • Self-prospect and cultivate new business opportunities within the assigned territory
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to grow existing accounts while exceeding new business targets
  • Engage key decision-makers to define timelines and create urgency for deal closure
  • Conduct strategic conversations with prospects to uncover core business challenges
  • Align Wiser’s solutions with prospective customers' pain points to drive value
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations via Microsoft Teams or similar platforms
  • Communicate Wiser’s value proposition effectively, positioning against competitors and the status quo
  • Develop tailored proposals to address client challenges and deliver scalable solutions
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with prospects and clients
  • Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
  • Maintain reliable work attendance and meet performance expectations

Preferred Qualifications

Experience selling to brands and/or retailers in the durables or FMCG space preferred
