Join our Xplor Gym Team as an Account Executive in Australia and make a real impact. You will help launch our new Xplor Gym product into new territories, establishing our presence in the fitness industry. Responsibilities include identifying and converting business opportunities, achieving revenue targets, designing sales plans, and developing customer relationships. The role offers 100% remote work flexibility anywhere in Australia (preference for Melbourne). We seek a proactive, self-motivated individual with experience in account executive, business development, or sales management roles, particularly within the fitness or SaaS sectors. Requirements
- Previous experience in an Account Executive, Business Development or a Sales Management role
- Experience and success in contract negotiation and account development
- Experience managing client relationships at multiple levels, from frontline to Board level
- Staff management experience
- Proactive, self-motivated learner with a strong drive to achieve personal goals
- Ability to work in a team where you manage your own time and priorities

Responsibilities
- Identify, attract and convert business opportunities. Support new business by completing sales demos (remote & in person), contributing to marketing strategies and generating sales proposals
- Researching and finding prospects, using online platforms (e.g. Instagram, LinkedIn), marketing lists and in person events. This will include cold calling & emailing to grow and maintain a prospective pipeline
- Achieve agreed revenue targets for each quarter, based on volume, revenue and margin. Provide recommendations for initiatives which help maximise financial/sales performance
- Design a sales execution plan in alliance with Senior Leadership team and work with Sales Team to deliver this
- Develop customer relationships and manage expectations throughout the Onboarding and Go Live phases to ensure a source of referrals and testimonials
- Provide weekly reporting to the Senior Leadership Team detailing number of leads, demos, closed won and opportunities
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in Fitness or SaaS sales highly advantageous
