Join Xplor Pay as an Account Executive, Outside Sales in Pflugerville, TX, to contribute to the company's mission of helping businesses succeed. Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, you will develop and maintain relationships with small to medium-sized business owners, collaborate with colleagues in various departments, manage your sales pipeline using Salesforce, prepare presentations and proposals, and close sales to meet minimum requirements. The position offers a commission-only residual model with a portfolio ownership component, along with health benefits and 401K matching. Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred)
- Valid current driverβs license and auto insurance
- Be able to work well independently and as part of a team
- Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with small to medium sized business owners
- Work closely with Xplor Pay colleagues in Customer Service, Underwriting, IT, Sales Support, and other departments to onboard new business
- Manage your pipeline and day to day tasks/appointments using Salesforce
- Prepare presentations and proposals using Xplor Payβs electronic applications
- Closing sales of our payment processing and SaaS services to meet expected minimum requirements
