Join Xplor Pay as an Account Executive, Outside Sales in Bentonville, AR, to develop and maintain relationships with small to medium-sized business owners, onboard new businesses, manage sales pipelines, prepare presentations and proposals, and close sales of payment processing and SaaS services. The role requires strong B2B sales experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for self-sourcing leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking. Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred)
- Valid current driverβs license and auto insurance
- Be able to work well independently and as part of a team
- Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with small to medium sized business owners
- Work closely with Xplor Pay colleagues in Customer Service, Underwriting, IT, Sales Support, and other departments to onboard new business
- Manage your pipeline and day to day tasks/appointments using Salesforce
- Prepare presentations and proposals using Xplor Payβs electronic applications
- Closing sales of our payment processing and SaaS services to meet expected minimum requirements
