Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a full sales cycle closing role (SaaS/tech environment would be a plus)
  • Outbound sales experience is a must
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivation, ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
  • Competence in building and maintaining effective relationships with customers
  • Proficiency in quickly processing and assimilating new information (product/business and customer needs)
  • Strong problem identification and objections handling skills

Responsibilities

  • Conduct discovery, demos, and negotiations with inbound Board prospects and SDR-qualified leads
  • Manage pipeline in HubSpot and ensure all deal stages are updated accurately
  • Work closely with SDRs to maximize the quality and volume of qualified demos
  • Host and participate in customer-facing webinars to support awareness, education, and conversion
  • Provide insight to the business on buyer objections, trends, and opportunities
  • Support ongoing team enablement by sharing learnings and contributing to playbook development

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in selling financial products or services would be a significant advantage
