Summary

Join Guideline's Sales team as an Account Executive and promote retirement benefit access to SMB owners. You will use a consultative approach to educate prospects on 401(k) requirements and plan options, while conveying Guideline's value proposition. Manage a sales pipeline, working with prospects from initial qualification to signing. Contribute to projects improving sales tactics. Develop alongside a growing company, blending sales experience with a customer-centric mentality. Report to an SMB Sales leader and manage a pipeline of over 50 leads. This remote position is available in CA, CO, UT, WA, and El Paso/Hudspeth Counties (TX).

Requirements

  • You've worked with VP, C-levels, or owners within an organization
  • You know how to exceed goals, and create plans when you're off track
  • You have a background in financial services
  • You have experience with CRM (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Talkdesk, Calendly, and Alysio)
  • You have experience and ideas for generating new leads and pipeline

Responsibilities

  • Work with prospects through a consultative sales approach, ready to review and improve on your process and strategies
  • Manage a pipeline of over 50 leads, ensuring leads are updated throughout the sales cycle
  • Forecast sales activity, revenue targets, quotas and general pipeline management
  • Conduct sales demos by phone and GoogleMeet
  • Monitor and report on your own sales performance
  • Suggest ideas to increase sales and improve client experience
