Requirements
- Experience: 3β5 years of proven success selling B2B SaaS software to mid-market and enterprise clients (required)
- English Proficiency: Exceptional written and verbal English skills (required)
- Sales Skills: Ability to manage a large pipeline, meet quotas, and close deals efficiently
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in tools like LinkedIn, HubSpot, Aircall, and PandaDocs
- Work Ethic: A self-starter with a hands-on attitude, excellent listening skills, and the ability to adapt to change
- Proven Results: Track record of successful sales and credible achievements in similar roles
Responsibilities
- Manage Inbound Leads: Handle all inbound inquiries within your timezone, ensuring a strong pipeline
- Outreach & Meetings: Book meetings with potential clients through Aircall, email, InMail, or social media
- CRM Management: Document all activities in our CRM (HubSpot) to maintain data accuracy and integrity
- Follow-Up: Conduct persistent follow-ups to ensure meetings are scheduled
- Quota Achievement: Close deals to meet or exceed your monthly and quarterly quotas
- No Cold Calling: Focus exclusively on warm leads generated through marketing efforts
