Summary
Join Avetta as a Regional Sales Manager and build relationships with prospective clients, guiding them through the sales process and beyond. You will be responsible for new client acquisition, engaging in various sales activities, and supporting new clients through their initial launch phase. Success in this role requires excellent communication, strong public speaking skills, and a self-motivated approach. A minimum of 5 years of field sales or account management experience in the software or SaaS industry is required, with experience in safety-related products or services a plus. The position involves significant travel and requires strong organizational skills. This role is #LI-REMOTE.
Requirements
- Possess excellent organizational skills
- Handle significant travel, meeting coordination, and RFP/RFI/RFQ Response Coordination
- Demonstrate superior interpersonal, written, and communication skills
- Demonstrate the ability to speak in front of a group, maintaining audience attention while communicating complex subject matter, appearing comfortable and poised
- Possess the ability to set and meet goals with little or no supervision from senior management
- Understand and effectively communicate how SaaS model software works on a functional level, including basic ability to demonstrate product capability and overall solution to the client
- Understand and demonstrate Avetta’s core values of honesty and integrity. Make decisions and communicate client recommendations with the Avetta’s and the clients’ best interest at hand
- Have at least 5 years of field sales or account management experience in the software or SaaS industry
Responsibilities
- Win new client relationships for Avetta
- Engage in a variety of sales activities
- Focus weekly on business development activities
- Conduct targeted prospecting with their assigned Sales Development Representative
- Attend trade shows
- Network
- Conduct online Avetta Overview Presentations and Product Demonstrations
- Travel to client sites within the RSM’s assigned territory and key accounts to conduct in-person meetings
- Support New Clients through the initial launch phase and ninety days with Avetta and maximize revenue and client success
- Participate weekly in 1 on 1’s and team calls
- Attend additional trainings, meetings, and seminars as required
- Perform other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Possess excellent time management skills
- Be technically sound in computer skills and familiar with CRM applications / SalesForce.com
- Possess problem analysis and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy
- Show adaptability and flexibility
- Have 10 years of experience in field sales or account management
- Have experience in selling safety-related products or services, working with contractors, working in procurement, or working in an industry that Avetta has current customers
