Summary

Join Dun & Bradstreet's Inside Sales team and contribute to revenue growth by selling products and services to new and existing clients remotely. This role focuses on developing and expanding accounts through renewal management, cross-selling, and upselling. You will conduct needs-based assessments for small business clients and suggest appropriate solutions. Meeting weekly and monthly sales goals while adhering to compliance policies is crucial. This position requires an Associate's Degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication, organizational, and time management skills, along with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree
  • Years of Relevant Experience: 2 to 4 years
  • An assertive, persistent, self-motivated professional who is a strong listener with a positive attitude and a limitless amount of energy
  • Possess an aptitude for quickly grasping selling techniques and product knowledge
  • Has a proven track record of achieving/exceeding quota and ability to thrive in a high volume, high energy, fast-paced, sales-driven call center environment
  • Computer knowledge with good communication, organizational and time management skills
  • Strong listening, written and verbal communication skills
  • Show an ownership mindset in everything you do; be a problem solver, be curious and be inspired to take action, be proactive, seek ways to collaborate and connect with people and teams in support of driving success
  • Continuous growth mindset, keep learning through social experiences and relationships with stakeholder, experts, colleagues and mentors as well as widen and broaden your competencies through structural courses and programs

Responsibilities

  • Engage with Small Business clients to conduct a needs-based assessment and suggest the appropriate solution for their business
  • Meet the standards of KPI requirements for the appropriate segment (e.g., Talk Time, Dials, Defects Rates, Credit Card Percent, Handle Time, and Discount Rates, etc.)
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales goals, while observing all compliance policies and procedures
  • Additional duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience in selling an intangible product and/or inside sales experience
