Requirements

  • BA/BS Health or Business-related field
  • 10+ years’ experience with progressive responsibility in a direct account management leadership role with effective people management experience
  • Direct experience selling and servicing United Health
  • Evidence of a vast network of colleagues and past clients across top US healthcare organizations

Responsibilities

  • Drive retention and identify growth opportunities by developing strategies, tracking progress, and pivoting as needed to drive successful LGC business outcomes
  • Assess, identify and train the talent on the team and appropriately assign account responsibilities
  • Deploy LetsGetChecked’s consultative, and strategic approach to account management including but not limited to: successful program delivery, communicating benchmarks and milestones and continuously monitoring and evaluating progress and effectiveness of tactics
  • Engage with the enterprise account C-Suite, or other leadership via executive check ins to ensure alignment of business objectives across both parties
  • Collaborate with internal leadership and sales partners to develop a holistic approach to sales and service for this enterprise account
  • Track expiring client contracts and identify risks. Own the strategic plan for renewal along with driving or supporting pricing and contract negotiation. The VP also owns retrospective plans for accounts lost and how to develop strategies that avoid further losses in the future
  • Ensure strategic Business Reviews occur and contain optimization and expansion opportunities
  • Oversee client issue escalation process and collaborate with key internal partners, elevating high level issues through the organization for complete resolution
  • Prepare on a quarterly or semi-annual basis an Enterprise Account Review with Sr. Management
  • Work with other company disciplines to ensure that corporate standards are achieved
  • Attend client and LetsGetChecked corporate/networking events and conferences
  • Conduct job responsibilities in accordance with the standards set out in the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, its policies and procedures, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, applicable federal and state laws, and applicable professional standards

Preferred Qualifications

  • Related experience working for healthcare companies delivering digital health solutions and/or SAAS solutions
  • Experience working for a tech startup company
