Summary

The Account Solutions Manager will lead and manage a portion of the client solutions team at Zuum Transportation, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure the delivery of high-quality logistics solutions to clients. The role requires proven experience in client management, account management, or a similar leadership role within the freight brokerage industry.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in client management, account management, or a similar leadership role within the freight brokerage industry
  • Deep understanding of logistics and transportation, including supply chain management, freight services, and industry regulations
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact with clients at all levels

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and execute client-focused strategies to drive revenue growth, client retention, and customer satisfaction
  • Solution Design and Implementation: Lead the development of customized logistics solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives
  • Team Leadership and Development: Provide strong leadership and guidance to the client solutions team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
  • Account Management and Growth: Oversee the management and growth of key client accounts, driving customer retention and revenue expansion
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Manage and track the load board daily to ensure client shipments are running on track, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate client satisfaction, revenue growth, and team performance
