Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1-2 years of related work experience
  • Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English to convey information and ideas clearly
  • Ability to display a consistent, professional degree of communication, particularly with clients
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrates a high degree of integrity and confidentiality
  • Comfortable using different and new software and technology platforms

Responsibilities

  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Assist in data entry and maintenance of records within our internal databases
  • Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence
  • Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries
