Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage customers' database accounts and records
  • Perform customer verification and process applications, orders and requests
  • Provide support to accounting personnel with data entry
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and other employees
  • Provide outstanding administrative support to the third partner, while establishing and coordinating overall departmental functionality
  • Assist manager with development of PowerPoint presentations
  • Assist customers if needed
  • Maintain and update sheets as required
