Requirements
- High School Degree
- No experience required
- Strong understanding of Excel, Word and Adobe
- Strong communication skills, must be proficient in English, both spoken and written
- Must be female, under the age of 25 to accommodate the environment in which other females are working in
Responsibilities
- Manage customers' database accounts and records
- Perform customer verification and process applications, orders and requests
- Provide support to accounting personnel with data entry
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and other employees
- Provide outstanding administrative support to the third partner, while establishing and coordinating overall departmental functionality
- Assist manager with development of PowerPoint presentations
- Assist customers if needed
- Maintain and update sheets as required
