Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with accounting software (e.g. Netsuite, MS Dynamics, Sage, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Accurately record transactions in Excel
  • Verify invoice details against purchase orders; summarize exceptions for further review
  • Maintain organized and accurate records following internal file organization system
  • Assist in audit preparation
  • Provide general administrative support to the accounting department as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Coursework or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Prior experience in an accounting or administrative role
