Requirements

• Advanced English Level (experience in global companies is a plus)
• Intermediate-advanced Excel level (Formulas, accurate data entry, v-lookups)
• Accounting Major
• Ability to pay attention to details while working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to create, maintain, and develop professional relations with vendors

Responsibilities

• Auditing entries previously entered into the system (CargoWise). Such as verifying the billing codes and charges entered
• Verifying statements received from vendors
• Negotiating with vendors for a discount/ trade credit (Early payment discount) on invoices
• Making Automatic Clearance House payments
• Making Domestic versus International wire transfers
