Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Record accounting data/transactions in an accurate and timely manner
  • Receive, process, and verify AP invoices
  • Communicate and manage relationships with vendors and clients
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and reports
  • Assist with accounts receivable, billing, and collections
  • Provide support to finance and accounting staff
  • Create and update spreadsheets
  • Perform other accounting duties as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous accounting experience a plus but not necessary
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks is helpful
