Accounting Director

Summary

Aledade is seeking an Accounting Director to help build their finance department from the ground up while improving patient health. The role involves managing month end close, overseeing key areas like software, leases, intangibles, goodwill, and expense accruals. The ideal candidate should have 12+ years of experience in a mix of public accounting and industry, be CPA licensed, and hold a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance

Responsibilities

• Preparation and/or review of general ledger postings related to internally developed software, leases, intangibles, goodwill and expense accruals
• Prepare and review monthly balance sheet account reconciliations and account fluctuation for management reporting
• Manage month end close and other administrative tasks
• Lead / partner on various ad hoc financial analyses and special projects (e.g. M&A, process improvement and control implementation/refinements, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Astute attention to detail
• Healthcare/SaaS experience
• NetSuite experience
• Strong track record of partnering with multiple teams/good business partner
