Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate application of ASC 606 standards in revenue and COGS recognition
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for revenue recognition
• Lead and manage the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
• Oversee reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and resolve any discrepancies
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, providing insights and recommendations to leadership
• Develop and maintain financial reports to track key performance indicators
• Coordinate and manage the annual audit process, working closely with external auditors to ensure a smooth and efficient audit
• Prepare and provide supporting documentation for audit requests
• Supervise and mentor a team of two accounting professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
• Provide ongoing training and development to enhance team capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA certification
• Experience with NetSuite or a similar ERP system

Benefits

• Compensation offered for this position will be based upon relevant experience, qualifications, and work location. The starting salary is expected to fall within the range of $100,000 - $120,000
