The Strategic Account Manager will manage client deliverables, handle relationship management, develop strategic plans, and provide crisis management support. Requirements

• Passion for advancing the global freedom movement
• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Media or a related field (optional)
• Proven experience in public affairs, media relations, or a related field with a strong understanding of media strategy, including crisis management
• Experience managing projects in a fast-paced environment, agency preferred
• Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills with high attention to detail, professionalism under deadline pressure and ability to cross-team collaborate
• Professional, polished and concise communicator (both verbal and written)
• Excellent interpersonal skills for client relationship management
• Ability to work a flexible schedule in accordance with the needs of the company/clients, including some travel, early mornings, late evenings and the occasional weekend
• Excellent knowledge of Basecamp, Apple and GSuite products

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first line of intake and response for client communication
• Develop strategic client engagement and ensure high quality project deliverables
• Collaborate with clients to define key messages, target audiences, goals, missions and objectives
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives and processes tailored to each client's unique needs and goals
• Provide regular reports to clients, including call/meeting recaps and performance analysis
• Work closely with management and internal teams to establish seamless collaboration and execution of projects
