Summary
Join Mintel as an Administration Assistant and support the Global New Products Database (GNPD) Coverage Team. This role involves assisting team members with various tasks, including invoice processing, report preparation, and communication with field associates. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a team environment. You will be responsible for resolving issues and inquiries from shipping couriers. Requirements
- Be a graduate with a diploma/degree in Marketing, Business or relevant field
- Be fluent in English
- Have excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise work
- Have problem solving skills and pay attention to details
- Be able to multitask
- Have strong organisational skills
- Thrive in a team atmosphere
- Be comfortable speaking with contacts over the phone or face-to-face
- Be comfortable with spreadsheet applications
Responsibilities
- Check, verify and process field associate invoices
- Assist in the preparation of performance reports
- Communicate with field associates when additional data, information or products are needed
- Resolve problems and inquiries from our shipping courier
Preferred Qualifications
Be fluent in additional SEA languages
