Summary
Join World Relief, a global Christian humanitarian organization, as a fully remote Administrative Assistant supporting the Strategic Engagement team. You will provide executive assistance to the VP, coordinate team activities, manage communications, and handle general administrative tasks. - Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- A positive attitude, adaptability, and a proactive approach to work
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with financial management tools and basic database management
- Experience with task management software
Responsibilities
- Manage the VP of Strategic Engagement's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Handle recurring tasks and follow-ups on behalf of the VP to ensure timely completion
- Coordinate and schedule meetings for the Strategic Engagement team, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly
- Documenting and scheduling lead team activities and tasks
- Manage internal and external communications, ensuring timely responses and information flow
- Organize and manage details for the teamβs on-site trips, including booking travel and accommodations
- Coordinate schedule with the Operations team
- Assist with the tracking and submission of the Travel Application
- Assist with financial management tasks, including processing invoices and expense reports
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools, task management software, and other relevant tools to support team operations
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role
- Bachelors degree and experience in non-profit administration
