  • A positive attitude, adaptability, and a proactive approach to work
  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with financial management tools and basic database management
  • Experience with task management software

Responsibilities

  • Manage the VP of Strategic Engagement's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
  • Handle recurring tasks and follow-ups on behalf of the VP to ensure timely completion
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings for the Strategic Engagement team, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly
  • Documenting and scheduling lead team activities and tasks
  • Manage internal and external communications, ensuring timely responses and information flow
  • Organize and manage details for the team’s on-site trips, including booking travel and accommodations
  • Coordinate schedule with the Operations team
  • Assist with the tracking and submission of the Travel Application
  • Assist with financial management tasks, including processing invoices and expense reports
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools, task management software, and other relevant tools to support team operations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role
  • Bachelors degree and experience in non-profit administration
