Requirements

  • Based in Mexico City, with the flexibility of hybrid work, requiring in-office attendance up to 50% of the time to support and collaborate with our executive team
  • +5 years of experience as Administrative Business Partner/ Executive Assistant/ Secretary
  • Proven English and Spanish Proficiency
  • Excellent handling of technology

Responsibilities

  • Manage the executive's day-to-day calendar, including making appointments, rescheduling and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records, expenses and other relevant documents
  • Carry out travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Support special projects as needed coordinating with different teams (such as Finance, People, Corporate Affairs, Marketing, etc)
  • Be a facilitator for a clear communication across Bitso on what's happening
  • Support in planning and organizing events (e.g. team offsite)
  • Accountable for overseeing all offsites hosted at Bitso's Mexico office, ensuring the required infrastructure is in place to enable teams to concentrate on their key priorities
  • Join a highly collaborative team of Administrative Business Partners and work closely with the Office Manager in Mexico
