Summary

Join Penta Group's fast-growing Brand Strategy team as an Ads Campaign Analytics Coordinator! You will play a vital role in measuring, optimizing, and ensuring the effectiveness of clients' advertising campaigns. Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, track performance, and identify areas for improvement. This data-driven role requires strong analytical skills and a passion for advertising. You will create performance reports, support A/B testing, and contribute to data-driven recommendations for future campaigns. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a digital advertising analytics role
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Demonstrable experience using analytics tools like Google Analytics, or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with visualization platforms such as Looker Studio, Tableau, Databox, or others
  • Basic understanding of paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and programmatic tools
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and data points
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable insights

Responsibilities

  • Monitor campaign delivery to ensure all ads are running as expected, troubleshooting issues as they arise
  • Track, collect, and analyze campaign data to identify trends and insights
  • Create performance reports and dashboards to share key metrics and recommendations with internal teams and clients
  • Support A/B testing initiatives to optimize ad performance and maximize campaign KPIs
  • Work closely with the Analytics and Media teams to ensure campaign goals are met or exceeded
  • Assist in creating data-driven recommendations for future campaigns based on historical performance and insights
  • Stay up-to-date on platform updates, advertising trends, and emerging technologies
  • Support teammates as needed with the setup, trafficking, and management of digital ad campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and other programmatic tools

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with clients in regulated industry environments like Healthcare, Telecommunications, Financial Services, Agriculture, or others
