Summary
Join Ivanti as an Agile Talent Specialist and contribute to the global workforce by supporting talent-related initiatives. Requirements
- Has foundational experience in recruitment, HR operations, or related fields (internships, entry-level roles, or transferable skills welcome)
- Is eager to learn and grow into the talent field, with a passion for solving problems and working collaboratively
- Has strong organisational skills and attention to detail to balance multiple tasks and deadlines
- Communicates effectively and builds strong relationships across cultures and time zones
- Demonstrates flexibility, adaptability, and curiosity to work on diverse projects
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our Talent Business Partners and Hiring Managers to identify top talent
- Write tailored job adverts that reflect Ivanti’s brand and draw the best applicants
- Schedule interviews across geographies and time zones, ensuring every candidate feels valued throughout the process
- Support offer processing and documentation to facilitate smooth onboarding
- Facilitate onboarding sessions for global new hires, including delivering training and fostering positive integration into the Ivanti ecosystem
- Generate insightful talent reports and metrics for Talent Business Partners, the Senior Leadership team, and the Head of Global Talent
- Support special initiatives and strategic projects led by the Workforce, Operations and Special Projects Director and the global Talent organisation
- Serve as a reliable point of contact across talent-related tasks, ensuring alignment and excellence in execution
Preferred Qualifications
Bonus points for experience in HR systems, onboarding facilitation, or analytics/reporting (but not required)
