Summary
Join ActiveProspect as an Alliance Partnership Manager and play a key role in expanding our home services partnerships program. You will manage, nurture, and grow relationships with strategic partners, focusing on business development within the home services industry. Responsibilities include identifying and onboarding new partners, developing and executing partnership strategies, conducting regular partner reviews, and strengthening stakeholder relationships. You will serve as the main point of contact for partners, collaborate with internal teams, provide training and support, monitor partner performance, and report to senior management. This position requires proven experience in partner management or business development, preferably in the home services or lead generation space. Requirements
- Proven experience in partner management or business development, preferably within the home services or lead generation space
- Strong understanding of the home services industry and its unique challenges and opportunities
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to think strategically and execute on partnership initiatives to drive business growth
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience collaborating with internal teams to ensure partner success
- Data-driven, with the ability to analyze partner performance and develop actionable insights
