Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 3-5 years proven experience in e-commerce and online retail, with a focus on managing Amazon stores and driving sales growth
- Strong understanding of Amazon's platform, algorithms, and best practices, with hands-on experience in product listing optimization, inventory management, and sales performance analysis
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and e-commerce analytics platforms, with the ability to derive insights and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners
- Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving business objectives
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall Amazon store strategy in alignment with business goals and objectives
- Define product assortment, pricing strategies, promotions, and marketing initiatives to drive sales and profitability on the Amazon platform
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and marketplace dynamics to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
- Optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and keywords, to improve search visibility, conversion rates, and sales performance
- Conduct keyword research, analyze customer reviews and feedback, and utilize data-driven insights to continuously improve product listings and enhance the customer shopping experience
- Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and manage replenishment and restocking of products to ensure availability and minimize stockouts or overstock situations
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to streamline inventory management processes and optimize fulfillment operations
- Analyze sales performance, traffic trends, conversion rates, and other key metrics to track progress against goals and identify areas for improvement
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management, and drive data-driven decision-making
- Ensure a positive and seamless customer experience on the Amazon platform, including timely responses to inquiries, resolution of issues, and management of customer feedback and reviews
- Collaborate with customer service teams to address customer concerns, improve satisfaction levels, and build brand loyalty
- Stay informed of Amazon's policies, guidelines, and requirements, and ensure compliance with terms of service, product regulations, and intellectual property rights
- Monitor account health metrics, address performance issues or violations promptly, and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain a healthy and sustainable Amazon store presence
