Summary

The Regional Sales & Business Development Manager will establish connections with sales teams, develop strategic plans for APAC region, conduct assessments, oversee budget management, and foster collaboration between teams to boost brand awareness, generate leads, and drive revenue growth. Prior experience in internet/cybersecurity, financial services, fintech, blockchain, or cryptocurrency sectors is beneficial.

Requirements

• Possess over 5 years of professional experience in the internet or cybersecurity sector
• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute successful demand generation programs
• Strong analytical mindset, data-driven, and focused on achieving tangible results
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and adept at creative problem-solving, with a high level of collaboration and a commitment to delivering a best-in-class experience
• Flexible, adaptable, and have the capacity to excel in a dynamic work environment
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, fluent in English and Mandarin/Cantonese, and ability to effectively collaborate with global teams

Responsibilities

• Establish a strong connection with all sales teams and business segment leaders
• Develop and implement a strategic plan for the region and specific business segments to boost brand awareness, generate new business leads, and expand existing business
• Conduct regular assessments of the effectiveness and efficiency of the implemented programs, track progress towards set goals, and recommend strategies for optimization
• Oversee budget management and ensure that spending decisions are aligned with the organization's quarterly and annual financial targets
• Foster a productive and collaborative working relationship between the marketing, business development, and sales teams to ensure effective regional support and drive revenue growth

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in the financial services, fintech, blockchain, or cryptocurrency sectors is an advantage
