Summary

Join our team as a Mechanical Support Engineer and provide high-quality support to users, ensuring their satisfaction and increasing user engagement. As a key member of our software development company, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch technical assistance and training to sales representatives and end-users.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to our software after the sale (After Sales Support)
  • Train sales representatives or users on our applications
  • Configure applications with maximum user satisfaction in mind
  • Route tickets with technical issues or questions to our applications
  • Guide sales representatives or users step-by-step
  • Conduct RV remote support to resolve technical problems
  • Communicate with sales representative or user for correct implementation
  • Check new implementation and install/train afterwards
  • Develop specialized reports/statistics/forms printing
  • Help sales representatives or users with software installation
  • Connect our applications to peripheral devices (thermal printers, cash registers, tax machines, etc.)
  • Find alternative solutions for customer issues
  • Optimize and maintain software documentation
  • Continuous evaluation of service provided by sales representatives or users
