Remote Appointment Setter

Summary

Join a dynamic digital marketing agency as an appointment setter in the adventure travel niche. Set discovery meetings with suitable prospects, follow agreed processes, and contribute to improving sales processes. Work independently but also be part of a team with weekly time with GM and CEO.

Requirements

• Located in North or South America
• Minimum 1 year of appointment setting experience
• OUTSTANDING spoken English
• Ability to work at least 15 to 20 hours per week
• Ability to attend a few team Zoom meetings per week at approximately 8am or 9am EST
• Some knowledge of SEO and Google Ads

Responsibilities

• Set discovery meetings with suitable prospects
• Follow agreed processes/scripts to establish rapport, and uncover prospects 'pain
• Update company CRM with relevant data
• Attend weekly sales meetings with management to discuss challenges & successes
• Contribute to improving our sales processes

Benefits

• USD18 to USD23 per hour, based on experience
• Agreed fixed $ payment bonus on 'show ups to discovery meetings
• Agreed bonus % based on sale value closed by sales management
