Summary
Join Orion Worldwide as a Temporary Assistant Analyst, Finance Operations and contribute to creating value across the media industry. As a key member of our team, you will work directly with National Investment media teams to create and manage reports that drive financial and business inputs. This role requires attention to detail, proactivity, analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Microsoft Excel (Excel baseline requirements: VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, PIVOTS, etc.)
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues across various disciplines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Experience with Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Experience working with financial data and reports
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends

Responsibilities
- Utilize Excel templates and internal databases to create Orion specific documents
- Track and report on the completion of process tasks
- Updating Vendor Open Invoices Statements
- Point of Contact with Master Data Management - Vendor/Client/Product Codes set up
- Salesforce: Updating Exchange Rates
- Invoices Reconciliation
- National 'Okay to Pay' Process
- National Affidavits Creation
- National Digital Invoices Gross Up
- National Invoice Revisions
- National MBOX Entry / Live Bills Creation
- National Matchpay
- Prepare and Send National Trackers to Shared Services
- Establish a positive and professional working relationship with all Orion staff across various disciplines
- Assist with ad hoc operations requests
