Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Microsoft Excel (Excel baseline requirements: VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, PIVOTS, etc.)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues across various disciplines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • Experience with Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Experience working with financial data and reports
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes

Responsibilities

  • Utilize Excel templates and internal databases to create Orion specific documents
  • Track and report on the completion of process tasks
  • Updating Vendor Open Invoices Statements
  • Point of Contact with Master Data Management - Vendor/Client/Product Codes set up
  • Salesforce: Updating Exchange Rates
  • Invoices Reconciliation
  • National 'Okay to Pay' Process
  • National Affidavits Creation
  • National Digital Invoices Gross Up
  • National Invoice Revisions
  • National MBOX Entry / Live Bills Creation
  • National Matchpay
  • Prepare and Send National Trackers to Shared Services
  • Establish a positive and professional working relationship with all Orion staff across various disciplines
  • Assist with ad hoc operations requests
