Summary

Join Hike as an Associate Brand Manager and help shape the Rush Gaming Universe (RGU) into a beloved brand. You will be a key player in building and elevating RGU, translating strategy into compelling stories, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. This role requires a strategic executor, detail-oriented storyteller, and culturally curious thinker. You will contribute to brand strategy implementation, campaign planning and execution, and market research. You'll also manage timelines, budgets, and creative approvals. This is an opportunity to redefine casual gaming in India and worldwide.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of end-to-end brand marketing experience, ideally within a high-growth, digital-first consumer company (experience in gaming, tech, or youth-focused brands is a strong plus)

  • Integrated Marketing Experience → Familiarity with both large-scale ATL campaigns (digital, TV, OOH) and focused BTL efforts (content, influencer, experiential)
  • Digitally Native → Fluent in tech and platforms; embraces tools, data, and automation to streamline execution and scale communication
  • Insight-Led → Leverages consumer research, audience data, and market trends to inform storytelling and messaging
  • User-Obsessed → Keeps player behaviour and needs at the core of brand activity, ensuring relevance and connection
  • Outcome-Oriented → Measures success through brand health metrics, campaign effectiveness, and business alignment
  • Cross-Functional Collaborator → Thrives in fast-paced environments, working closely with design, comms, product, and growth to deliver cohesive brand narratives
  • Positioning Support → Assists in sharpening and localizing brand messaging to resonate across segments and platforms
  • Culturally Tuned-In → Actively scans for what’s current in culture and community to inspire brand creativity and relevance

Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing brand strategies that help position RGU as a top choice in India’s play & earn gaming landscape
  • Contribute to shaping a clear, compelling brand narrative by supporting storytelling that highlights skill, fun, and community
  • Collaborate on the planning and execution of integrated brand campaigns, ensuring alignment with broader strategic objectives
  • Help identify high-potential brand moments and channels that offer strong ROI and visibility, within a resource-conscious mindset
  • Conduct market scans and user insight research to support audience segmentation and campaign refinement
  • Contribute to campaign ideas that break convention and drive cultural relevance for RGU
  • Explore and apply AI tools, automation, and tech platforms to enhance marketing efficiency and personalization
  • Help identify emerging trends and channels that can expand brand reach
  • Work with agencies and internal teams to experiment with new formats and creative executions
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and creative approvals for brand projects and campaigns
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, sharing insights and learnings
  • Collaborate across teams to maintain brand consistency in tone, messaging, and design
  • Collaborate with creators, influencers, and agency partners to deliver brand-aligned content and activations, under guidance from senior team members
