Summary

WisdomTree is seeking an experienced sales professional for the Associate Director, Business Development role in their Digital Assets division. The candidate should have at least 5 years of experience, Series 7 and 63/66 licenses, and a keen interest in tokenization and blockchain technology.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience and a strong understanding of the financial service industry are required
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients as well as key internal teams and personnel
  • Ability to work independently but understands the team’s common goal
  • Strong written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities within a dynamic environment
  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, contributing to strategic decision-making
  • Be willing to travel internationally as needed to cultivate client relationships and attend industry events

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, lead, and win new business with institutional clients for both B2B and B2B2C opportunities
  • Relationship management of all new and existing clients, including ownership of commercial strategy, contract negotiations, and cross-selling incremental business opportunities
  • Position/message WisdomTree’s digital assets strategy and specific product differentiators with the goal of driving new business and revenue
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities in the realms of tokenization and blockchain technology
  • Work with product strategy, product development, and other internal groups to drive existing products and new product initiatives
  • Take initiative and lead, with a focus on building and leveraging strong partnerships within the broader team, strong people management skills, and a strategic mindset
  • Manage the end-to-end process for client on-boarding including contract negotiating and fee schedules

Benefits

$130,000 - $150,000 a year base salary range. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and competitive benefits package
