Summary
Join Bumble Inc. as an Associate Director of US Integrated Marketing and lead the development and execution of marketing strategies. You will be responsible for managing integrated campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and overseeing the media agency. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA or Master’s is a plus
- 8–10 years of experience in brand, integrated, or strategic marketing, ideally in consumer tech, lifestyle, or culturally-driven brands
- A proven track record of launching multi-channel campaigns that drive both emotional connection and measurable results
- Experience in marketing and/or media with deep expertise and understanding of the US market
- Creative problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset
- Ability to work to tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities, and balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives
- Solid understanding of the media landscape, channels, and measurement
- Strong analytical skills to determine campaign success and market performance
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and pivot accordingly

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of marketing strategy and integrated go-to-market plans
- Determine marketing mix and make strategic recommendations on paid media mix
- Manage external and internal partners to develop integrated campaigns, spearhead brief writing, provide strategic feedback, review creative assets, develop go-to-market plans and decks, and manage campaign execution, performance analysis, and reports
- Ensure all campaigns are executed on time and within budget through effective project management
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal creative, PR, Media, Product marketing, Partnerships, and Growth teams to drive holistic plans against key market business metrics
- Oversee day-to-day collaboration with our media agency, ensuring strategic alignment, seamless execution, and continuous optimization across paid channels
- Analyze consumer and audience insights to translate them into actionable marketing plans
- Inspire and empower the US Integrated Marketing Team through thoughtful leadership, strategic oversight, and unwavering support to drive bold, cohesive brand initiatives
- Execute strategic partnerships that align with Bumble’s brand values and assist with driving brand awareness and user acquisition
- Oversee US influencer marketing plans, partnering with internal teams, agency partners, and creators to develop culturally resonant, brand-aligned campaigns that spark conversation
- Be data-driven in all decision-making, monitoring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns on brand awareness and user acquisition
- Leverage global learnings and adapt them to market strategy; develop and share in-market learnings based on key successes and failures
