Requirements

• Must have 3 months - 1 year of full-time experience or relevant internship experience in Growth or Marketing Operations
• Available to join within 30 days from the date of offering
• Good to have: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience working with CRM and marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo) and a basic understanding of Google Analytics
• Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment
• Strong passion for learning and implementing new tools; adaptability to evolving technology is essential for success in this role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, with a strong analytical mindset and a knack for statistical analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate problems clearly and provide actionable solutions

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of HubSpot, including setting up automation workflows, generating reports, and maintaining data quality
• Assist in setting up and executing marketing campaigns within HubSpot, ensuring proper tracking, reporting, and analysis
• Leverage data enrichment tools to update and improve the accuracy of contact and company data, ensuring comprehensive data integrity
• Manage the implementation and maintenance of various marketing tools (e.g., RevenueHero, Apollo)
• Collaborate with the content team to enhance the website's SEO performance, focusing on keyword research and optimization
• Perform regular audits of the website’s functionality and performance using basic Webflow. Analyze website traffic and user behavior through Google Analytics
