Responsibilities

  • Guide schools and districts through the survey process, helping them set up, launch, and review results
  • Provide clear instructions on goal setting, survey setup, and reporting to ensure clients get the most out of Panorama’s tools
  • Help new clients successfully implement Panorama’s products
  • Teach clients how to use self-service tools to achieve their goals
  • Show clients how different Panorama products work together to achieve their goals
  • Send proactive outreach and email campaigns to help clients stay engaged and informed
  • Track important milestones like survey launch dates and upcoming professional development sessions, ensuring clients have what they need
  • Provide best practices and easy-to-follow resources to encourage product adoption
  • Work with internal teams like Tech Support, Engineering, and Account Management to solve client issues
  • Learn how to troubleshoot common client questions and direct them to the right resources
  • Help maintain clean and accurate user data in the Panorama platform
