Summary

Requirements

- Degree in engineering, science, business administration or a related field
- More than 3 years of experience in consulting or similar roles
- Proven experience in customer-oriented project management, with a focus on scalability and continuous improvement
- Strong analytical skills and a data-oriented mindset, with experience in identifying problems and proposing effective solutions
- Excellent communication and argumentation skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to achieve objectives
- Advanced knowledge in the use of Tableau
- Good command of English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities
- Work in different multicultural environments, cultivating relationships of trust that allow you to represent Customer Operations to other departments, local teams and multidisciplinary work squads
- Generate flexible dynamics and monitoring processes to evaluate the progress of our value proposition at each stage of the customer life cycle
- Use your data analysis knowledge to identify best practices and areas for improvement in projects related to the customer experience
- Take responsibility for coordinating global projects, leading efforts to implement improvements that help achieve the area's objectives and directly improve the customer experience
- Be able to share your analyses and data in a way that is understandable to all decision-makers
- Develop and consolidate trusting relationships thanks to your exceptional communication skills, along with your ability to clearly and convincingly articulate opportunities, ideas and solutions
