Audience Specialist

Summary

Join Cabify and contribute to a new urban mobility ecosystem! Work in multicultural environments, building relationships to represent Customer Operations across departments. You will generate flexible processes to evaluate the value proposition, analyze data to identify best practices, and coordinate global projects to improve customer experience. Share your analysis with decision-makers, developing strong communication to articulate opportunities and solutions. This role requires a related degree, 3+ years of experience in consulting or similar roles, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Requirements

• Alignment with our principles and the ability to incorporate them into your daily work
• Degree in engineering, science, business administration or a related field
• More than 3 years of experience in consulting or similar roles
• Proven experience in customer-oriented project management, with a focus on scalability and continuous improvement
• Strong analytical skills and a data-oriented mindset, with experience in identifying problems and proposing effective solutions
• Excellent communication and argumentation skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to achieve objectives
• Advanced knowledge in the use of Tableau
• Good command of English, both spoken and written

Responsibilities

• Work in different multicultural environments, cultivating relationships of trust that allow you to represent Customer Operations to other departments, local teams and multidisciplinary work squads
• Generate flexible dynamics and monitoring processes to evaluate the progress of our value proposition at each stage of the customer life cycle
• Use your data analysis knowledge to identify best practices and areas for improvement in projects related to the customer experience
• Take responsibility for coordinating global projects, leading efforts to implement improvements that help achieve the area's objectives and directly improve the customer experience
• Be able to share your analyses and data in a way that is understandable to all decision-makers
• Develop and consolidate trusting relationships thanks to your exceptional communication skills, along with your ability to clearly and convincingly articulate opportunities, ideas and solutions
