Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience with demonstrated ability to close deals
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
• Fast learner with a passion for sales and self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
• High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree is preferred

Responsibilities

• Acquire new janitorial contracts as primary sales target
• Leverage qualified appointments and pursue own leads
• Explore new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, emails, and door knocks
• Set up meetings with potential clients using both company-provided leads and own generated opportunities
• Contribute to sales reports, providing key insights for team review
• Negotiate deals effectively and handle objections or complaints
• Collaborate with team members to enhance results and foster a team-oriented sales environment
• Build and maintain prospect pipeline, achieving set metrics
