Summary

The job is for a Growth Marketing professional with at least 5 years of experience in a Series A/B B2B SaaS startup, preferably in fintech or ecommerce, to lead integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The role requires collaboration with various departments and conducting customer and market research.

Requirements

At least 5 years of growth marketing experience at a Series A/B B2B SaaS startup selling to SMB/Mid-Market customers

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth marketing campaigns using a variety of tactics
• Lead comprehensive campaign management lifecycle, ideation, and performance analysis in Hubspot
• Leverage growth marketing KPIs to ensure optimal campaign performance
• Manage campaign budget and ensure efficient return on spend
• Innovate and push boundaries, moving beyond typical B2B marketing playbooks to drive growth and customer acquisition
• Collaborate closely with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Product teams
• Work with Content Marketing to ensure creation of the right assets for growth
• Conduct customer and market research to understand ecommerce trends, SMB personas, and opportunities for market growth

Preferred Qualifications

Experience at a fintech or ecommerce Series A/B startup or relevant domain knowledge
