You will coach and train the BDR team, optimize outbound outreach strategies, and collaborate with marketing. The position also involves hands-on outbound activities and managing key performance indicators. Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS experience, with at least 1+ years in a BDR leadership role
  • Proven track record of building, leading, and scaling high-performing outbound BDR teams
  • Strong outbound expertise, including cold calling, email sequencing, and LinkedIn prospecting
  • Experience partnering with marketing to develop integrated outbound campaigns
  • Hands-on experience using sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesforce, Cognism, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Exceptional coaching, training, and team development skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and global environment
  • Strong data-driven mindset with experience tracking BDR performance metrics
  • Prior experience carrying a quota and working closely with Account Executives

Responsibilities

  • Lead & develop a high-performing global BDR team focused on outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, and sales acceleration
  • Coach & train BDRs to refine outreach strategies, messaging, and objection handling
  • Drive Outbound Excellence by optimising multi-channel outbound outreach, cold calling, email sequences, and LinkedIn engagement
  • Collaborate with Marketing to execute and align outbound campaigns with key GTM initiatives
  • Grow the team by recruiting and onboarding new BDRs, initially focusing on the US market
  • Own pipeline growth by managing outbound sales KPIs, conversion metrics, and continuous process improvements
  • Initially work directly on outbound activities and carry 1-2 Account Executive (AE) accounts while the team expands
  • Mature the BDR organisation by implementing scalable best practices, refining ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) targeting, and introducing new prospecting tools/techniques
  • Collaborate across teams with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to drive efficiency and impact
