Requirements
- High school diploma, college business courses or undergraduate courses
- Fluency in French and English
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to make decisions with little direction
- Strong attention to detail
- 1-2 years Customer Service/Call Center experience
- Basic math skills
- Ability to speak clearly in a well-modulated voice using good diction
- Typing 25 WPM/ net minimum
- Knowledgeable in basic computer skills
- Ability to work extended hours (overtime as requested) to meet company deadlines
- Flexibility regarding shift requirements
Responsibilities
- Act as the frontline contact by answering all Florists calls
- Take customer service related calls from member florists including billing calls and confirming floral orders for their shop
- Reinforce Teleflora's commitment to superior Customer Service in each interaction with florists
- Assist customers with questions, requests, product purchases, and problems
- Handle incoming calls related to customer monthly statements
- Handle incoming calls related to flower orders
- Handle incoming calls related to product orders
- Handle incoming calls related to directory orders and changes
- Handle incoming calls related to co-op advertising orders and changes
- Handle incoming calls related to wire order guarantee disputes
- Handle incoming calls related to credit card deposits
- Handle incoming calls related to EFT deposits
- Handle incoming calls related to credit card product and equipment orders
- Handle incoming calls related to credit card equipment troubleshooting
- Handle incoming calls related to web hosting
- Handle incoming calls related to technology
- Perform additional duties as needed
