Summary

Q4 Inc. is hiring a detail-oriented Billing & Collections Specialist to manage the company's billings, process quotes, and generate revenue forecasts. The role requires 3 years of Billing experience, a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field, intermediate Excel skills, and knowledge of Salesforce and/or Certinia (FinancialForce) is a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or working towards; accounting or related field preferred
• 3 years of Billing experience
• Intermediate Excel skills, experience with Salesforce and/or Certinia (FinancialForce) a plus

Responsibilities

• Process new subscriptions, amend existing subscriptions, and complete other requests from customers or internal stakeholders
• Assist with regular bill-runs to ensure clients receive timely and accurate invoices
• Allocate earned revenue from Live services and completed Events based on company revenue recognition policies
• Assist in the budgeting and forecasting of revenue
• Assist and work with the Billing team to maintain and improve the Billing systems that may involve automation, system migration/integration, and more
• Resolve subscription and billing inquiries in an accurate and timely manner
• Provide analytical support and relevant data to different areas of the business for ad hoc analysis
• Support the client renewal process by ensuring accurate and efficient processing
• Complete month end responsibilities including the preparation of reconciliations, internal reporting and variance analysis
• Work with Sales Operations, Business Operations, Core Accounting, Collections and various other departments to complete day to day functions as well as ongoing projects
