Billing Specialist

Summary

You will be responsible for preparing and processing customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and alignment with contracts. Reconcile billing discrepancies, assist in month-end closing, and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with project managers and the finance team to streamline processes. This role requires 2+ years of professional services billing experience, bookkeeping experience, and NetSuite billing experience. Requirements

• 2+ years of Professional Services billing experience is required
• Bookkeeping experience is required
• NetSuite billing experience for Professional Services is required
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner
• Ensure billing aligns with project contracts, purchase orders, and service delivery milestones
• Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve client inquiries
• Assist in month-end closing activities related to revenue and billing
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of billing transactions
• Collaborate with project managers and the finance team to streamline billing processes
