Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in brand related roles including brand strategy and creating βbig brandβ campaigns
- Proven experience in working on brand strategy and development
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and analytical skills
- Experience in managing budgets and forecasting financials
- Experience in granular campaign and ROI reporting
- Proficient in running multiple social media accounts and channels, across organic and paid
- Flexibility to work across time zones where required (we operate in 9 regions with clients across the globe)
- Current full working rights in Australia
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage annual brand plans
- Create and execute comprehensive brand campaigns
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and tone of voice for consistency across all channels
- Lead the creation of a brand platform/portal for internal and partner use
- Collaborate with Regional Marketing leads to support and optimize regional brand activities and media mix across the marketing funnel
- Ensure marketing communications are on-brand by working closely with the video and design team across all sub-brands
- Oversee internal branding efforts and manage the global brand strategy, including social media and sponsorship activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regional leads, commercial heads, sales teams, and external partners, and serve as the main contact for creative and media agencies
